I have never had problems that people mention very often with online shopping. They state that someone has cheated them, etc. Last week I had a similar situation for the first time in my life. I have ordered network enclosure from this one online shop and when I have finally received the delivery I have noticed that there is no network enclosure in the package. I thought that they have cheated me. The box was empty and I was really nervous. I have decided to write an e-mail to them before I will start legal proceedings. They have explained that it was a mistake and that it won^t happen again. One of the workers forgot to put the network enclosure inside. Next week I have received another delivery for free and this time everything was OK. I have even received a discount for further shopping.
